Re: 40k roleplay comments
If anyone does... well, in the canon history of the bolt pistol Milo carries, it had been used a couple of times on men who were a bit slow to follow orders... Now Milo isn't a commisar, but the needs of the Inquisition must come first... JK. Right? Is he kidding?

How many Minbari does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
None. They always surrender right before they finish the job and never tell you why.

How should I go about enquiring the acts of the Astra Telepathica, and what would be expected? I don't imagine that much will have happened, but what would be typical?

Re: 40k roleplay comments
I didn't really expect you to have details, and Inquisitor Geron had already requisitioned the records of the sweep through Talio. What happens is the Adeptus Astra Telepathica regularly sweeps the Imperium of Man, looking for psykers. Some are used to aid in the constant upkeep of the Astronomican - the "beam" by which navigators fly through the Warp - while those unfit for that are used to feed the psychic appetite of the Emperor. A handful, of course, become sanctioned psykers, either in the ranks of the Inquisition or in the Imperial Guard; and a precious few who are also Adeptus Astartes recruitable material become Space Marine Librarians.
The tie-in I had written to get your char on board is that such a sweep went through the Talio system, yet Narchana supposedly evaded detection. You don't really have to come up with anything - if you want to write something about the discussion, it could either be something simple like records of the search, or something suitably vague and mysterious like "there was one hive/area/whatever which for some reason wasn't searched," or anything really.

He's almost better, he's got an infection in his gum that requires antibiotics which the schoool can't administer. So he's well enough now to go to school but can't, which means he's underfoot.

Here's hoping he gets well soon. Take your time, you know where the priorities lie.
