I think I drank a little bit too much tea last evening.

English tea blend which was so strong it looked more like coffe than like tea. normally I'd drink it, but this time I decided to try something new and put it in a .5L beer glass (no beer in it, though). Two of those cups of tea, and I got a bit dizzy. All light up in my head, and a bit giggly. After half an hour and 4 visits to the toilet, it went away.

Definitely not my cup of tea, I tell you.

Whoa.

I just got an email off a UK television production company. They are researching a programme about Star Trek fans and want to talk to me...

What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Well they rang me up. They are doing a series about fans of various things, including TV shows. They want to interview some different types of fans - gamers, etc. It would not be a long interview, about 4 minutes he said.

I am undecided. Publicity is not my bag! But I am tempted.

Graham, I think I speak for all of us when I say "to hell with our orders" :) If not for yourself and Ian, do it for Trek and the oxygen of publicity :)

I'd go for it. Are you getting paid for it, or what?

Go for it Graham! I'm not exactly surprised they called you. Who knows what the interview would do for DITL... Maybe not a whole lot, but then again...

Latest in my life - I bought an iPhone. It's spiffelicious. Which reminds me, can we add a nerdy smiley?

Very cool. Very cool indeed. 8)

Graham: I'd say go for it - it sounds like fun, and what's the worse that could happen? It could turn out to be a poor series, but that's not the end of the world.
