Good post. So do the Caitains have other ships cause in my post about interrogation they hinted to have a base somewhere nearby. I don't mind either way.

So there are still two at large in engineering and two where the Captain and Munro are at the shuttle bay? I understanding that correct?

That seems to be the situation. I'll take the two in Engineering, I guess.

I pity them.

I think there are a few milling around the original break out area where Mikey is.

For the most part I'd say this break out was hugely unsuccessful. There's what 300 in the holding bay? And 200 in the itsy bitsy brig? Could have been a lot worse. Though I'd say Daystorm's losses were larger than the rebels. Daystorm lost what maybe 20? Mostly engineering crew.

That's why I gassed the cargo bay - even though the original outbreak was already outside containment, it was the best way to prevent the revolt from growing in numbers.

And Mikey's in no modd for any sh%@ today - there were a couple by me, but it's safe to say that they're now incapacitated.

So let's say the rebels had 500 people. Munro killed one rest captured.

Daystorm had 500 people. Lost that crewman to Munro plus what 3 others? So that's 496 then the rebellion happens we'rte down to 476 and in bad shape far as engineering crew goes.

At most they got part of one engineering shift. Sinc a ship has three shifts we have more than enough to keep on ticking.

Just making sure I have all the facts before I post. So Munro, Fetcher, and who are at the shuttle bay with two rebels?

Someone's at the shuttle bay? :?

I was at the scen of the original break-out... as near as I can tell, Fletcher and Ge'haan (Reliant) ar one deck below, with either Munro a/o a fire team on their way to assist; and Rochey's in or on his way to engineering.

And wy should we assume that the rebels/pirates had such a large crew aboard? I'd be surprised if there were more than 100 people aboard the Fifth Column in total.

Yeah I thought that too.

When I read we had beamed them off I was think of 1-2 dozen at most. We must have a kick ass transporter crew to manage this many.

I always wondered that too. Which is why I made them on top of each other and suffocating in my post about the brig :P

Okay so The captain's just at a random spot got it.

We should decide how many was onboard the Collumn though.

I would guess the bridge staff, plus two or three engineering and operations shifts, at most for the crew of the Fifth Column - probably about 60 -85.

While that makes sense for the running of a ship it still strain the credability of us beaming them off.

We could make it so we didnt get all of them and that we only got about 25. That seems more reasonable.

If we only got 25 then converting the cargo bay isn't as big of a deal :P

A cargo bay may be overkill, but it may still strain the capacity of the brig.
