Teaos - "weasel?" Is that the new radio alphabet or "whiskey?"

What's the current situation in Engineering? From what I gathered, Munro downed one of the three heading to that area, met up with me, and he was then called off by Mikey to help Fletcher on a lower deck.
I guess I'll grab some troops and retake Engineering again, if that's the case.

I tried to retcon my post, which was I was in the process of writing when Monroe posted his bit. My intention was to let him go where he was needed, but divert one of his fire teams to help Darel and the Captain. I also added in the bit about "responding in kind" when no friendlies were in the way, because he had already killed someone while I was writing.

In other words, I gave him my order because Rochey wasn't on the same scene as I was. If you need to divert him, that won't contradict my post, but even though I allowed him to defend with deadly force ONLY against deadly force, he still has my order to not go "hunting." I can justify that to Rochey as well, if you want to put a bit in later on about contradictory orders or something. PM if you want my justification.

I'll let your original order to Munro to head down to help the Captain stand, Fletcher isn't the most combat experienced guy on board, and the last thing I want is him getting shot, so down Munro goes to help him out. After that, whether or not he goes hunting is up to him. Though I doubt Rochey'll be lowering down the power on his rifle anytime soon.

I can order him - esp. if I don't know where you are - but not you. You'll notice I chose to go with good, old-fashioned, non-lethal but painful, hand-to-hand butt-whippin'. :D

Good point.

I can just imagine if the rebels got ahold of gernades. One lands near the Captain and since no one in Star Trek has ever seen one before he shrugs it off and Munro has to jump on it because everyone else around him is too stupid to realize what it is.

I doubt very much that there any aboard - considering we haven't seen any since that one TOS ep.

There was one in a Voyager episode (where the Doctor has to defend Voyager's reputation in the future - I don't remember the ep title), that was supposed to be Fed issue, I think. I may be confused on that, though; I haven't seen it since it aired.

I vaguely remember the ep; is it possible that the grenade was present in the phony remembrance of the future culture?

I was thinking that that is a strong possibility, but they did get a lot of other details correct.

EDIT: The ep is called "Living Witness", season 4. The grenade was functional, so I'd take it as an actual artifact; it seems unlikely to me that they'd have a replica grenade that actually explodes...

Don't forget I paniced a little and threw the ship into lockdown so if you want to get anywhere you gotta climb. The only systems running are life support and comm.

Really long post to make up for my lack of recent lack of posting, because my muse kicked into overdrive.
