Jay Leno had this popular segment on his late night show called "Jaywalking", where he would go out into LA and ask people on the street simple questions about history, geography, politics, etc. and get the most unbelievably stupid responses. I'm sure he only selected the worst ones to put on air, but still, he was able to do it on a weekly basis for years.Rochey wrote:'Course you would. But asking inteligent people isn't as entertaining.

I'm almost up to 100 posts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But I'm still not up to 1 post per day (in User Control Panel). I'm at .62 or something last time I checked. I need to find more things to talk about!

All around here I see
friendly smiles to comfort me,
strong hands to protect me,
fast feet to run after me,
loving friends and family
to always be here for me.

You can always practice your bantering with us if you like, my dear

Re: The Random Thread
Bantering is just another word for arguing right? If it is, it might not be a good idea for me. I get very emotionally involved in arguments. Then people think I'm giving them attitude and then they get mad at me . And I really can't have people mad at me. It hurts my feelings .
But if bantering is not arguing, please explain it. I might join in.

Re: The Random Thread
AFAIK, "banter" is just another term for innocuous chit-chat.

Similar, with a little side context of "harmless" or "trivial."

No trees were killed in transmission of this message. However, some electrons were mildly inconvenienced.

Yup, it's right on your keyboard, ææææææææ, see, it's easy to type, you just have to find it, it's on the back of most keyboards.
I wonder how many actually looked at the back of their keyboards, lol
