Of course it won't happen. The Star Destroyer breaking in half is cool enough for Hollywood/Disney to seriously think about it though.

The ISD falling and breaking in half also echoes to the Invisible Hand breaking in half during re-entry in Coruscant atmosphere and the Executor crashing on the Death Star. Lucas loved putting echoes in both trilogies. A Star Destroyer crashing into a planet was heavily centralized in the first Force Unleashed video game. Fucking hard as hell trying to get that thing down in the game.

Yeah I remember too. Not the best game but he had great moments. Star Destroyers in atmospheric flight is a common sighting since the Episode 2.
