Given the general reaction to recent rappers beating their girlfriends I think that treating a teenage girl nicely is probably a bad idea. Apparently you have to treat them like shit to get any traction with them.

And you wonder why I avoid them?

You know...I moved back in with my old roommates, one of whom is gay. After my break up with my wife, I jokingly asked if I could switch. His answer was...
"Sorry, we're not accepting applications at this time. You've got to be born into this club buddy."
Then reminded me guys are as bad if not worse.

Indeed...So many straight people think it's easy to get with a gay guy, cause we will understand each other.
Oh how they are wrong.

Two possibilities exist for this:
1 - they like it in person just as much, they're just afraid of being perceived as "easy" if they respond to such things. This effect will be even more influential than normal among the wolfpacks known as "teenage girl cliques."
2 - Men are from Mars; women are from hell.
The kicker is when you finally give in to their seeming desire to not be approached in that fashion, and they then ask you why you're such a jerk and never compliment them.
Nickswitz wrote:Also, why do girls give you superbly disdainful looks if they think your looking at their butt when they wear jeans that pretty much make it known how much you want everyone to look at it.
Because they expect the nonsensical and impossible; i.e., to appreciate their butt without ever having looked at it or (gasp) mentioning it. This one isn't that big a deal, though; I wish I could remember where to attribute this sentiment, but I've heard it said on the difference between legs and breasts - Even the nicest pair of legs won't stop a conversation unless they're wrapped around your neck.

I thought legally you just had to stay 50 yards away at all times?

Thanks.
Depending on the woman, though; age truly is irrelevant.
As in, a certain woman pushing 30 has recently proven yet again how out of touch with reality she is.
Maybe 30 is the off switch for "crazy"?
Ah, who am I kidding?

Sad fact of life, maturity and age often have no relation to each other.

No, the crazy is hard-wired. I meant "better" in a much baser, more vulgar way.

Oh how I love you guys.
And yeah Mikey, that's basically what I assumed. This girl in particular is insanely insecure even though she tries to hide it by acting "bitchy" around her friends.
On the way home from the city tonight I actually detailed the styles of girls.
There are three, the ones that take it all in easy (they are the ones that expect everyone to compliment them. They work out to usually have about 3 - 4 boyfriends a month)
Then there's the ones that like to pretend that they hate everyone, usually because of being hurt in the past (they also are the ones that are insecure and try their best to be nice, but not too nice)
And then there's the total bitches. These are the ones that know what they want and look for it, and if they can stand the bitchiness and accept it for what it is, then they know that the guy actually likes them for themselves. (These are also the girls that will yell at you for everything you do but will never ask you to do anything in itself, they only "suggest" things, and if this suggestion is not met quickly you are consequently dropped like a cold wet pair of boots with a hole in them. )
So yeah, that's my analysis, which actually thinking about it, I prefer the bitchy ones... I guess they end up the most fun.

Well, there ARE varying degrees of bitchy I'll admit. As Nicky-boy said, the ones who act like bitches to see who actually like them are stabbing themselves in the foot. After all, why put up with it if you don't have too?

Because Mark, sometimes they are looking for a guy that isn't just trying to get in bed with them, and they know that if the guy will put up with all her crap, then they don't just want to sleep with them.
Is it stupid, yes, does it make sense, yeah, kind of.
