So ITT we discover that Tyyr thinks dialects are for chumps?

Staplic: Semantics.

Tyyr: You have just epitomised everything I have always thought true of the Majority of Americans (not all, before someone shoots me). Opinionated and arrogant, who believes their own opinion to be the only true and proper way to ever logically do things.

Or that Reliant has a hard time telling when he's being teased.

Hell I'm from the South, most of the US can't speak properly. You think you foreigners can?

Text is notoriously hard to read emotion into. If I am taking this too personally, I apologise.

Doesn't hurt my feelings any, I figured you'd have gotten it when I started ragging on you about something as pointless as including "U"s in certain words.

When you live with the idiots that fill my neighbourhood, you'll know why I am...sensitive about stupid things.

Well give me some credit. If I was going to rag on you about something seriously it wouldn't be all the extra U's you jam in words.

It'd be those fucking roundabouts. I mean who the hell thought that was a good traffic control device?

 My first driving instructor took me through one and when I asked why there weren't more in Canada, cause there awesome, he replied "Canadians are to stupid to figure them out."

ProTip: Smilies make humour easier to get.

They actually work rather well, traffic often flows faster on roundabouts than traffic lights. Unless its a really really major junction, where traffic lights are a lot easier.

It depends which roundabouts you're talking about - the proper ones or those idiotic bumps. The proper ones are pretty effective at keeping traffic moving, rather than stopping and starting at lights. And you, of the country that uses words rather than symbols on Pelicans despite having a far higher proportion of non-English-speakers in your population, have no room to nitpick about traffic control.

Why would anyone want to write on a bird? :poke:

Seriously though, what is a Pelican?

I think he means pelican crossings...

Pelican crossings are the place where pedestrians can cross the road, with the traffic lights to say when to go or not.
