Since there are no chakats in this story any more, I'd put it in the Starbolt thread. There'd be no use for it here.

You may have noticed I have a problem with deadlines. :)

I'll start typing something up now.

That's the beautiful thing about "tomorrow" - it's always one day off. :D

Oh dear...that may not have been wise...you could probably do with someone to take out the internal sensors...I doubt captain Fletcher would like munro's....methods of interrogation.

Unless there were monitoring devices in the room itself, there shouldn't really be any way of observing what's going on. Nor am I too sure as to whether the ship's sensors would even be able to identify what's going on in the room.
And even if there were, there'd need to be someone either a) observing what's going on in the room diliberately at that point, or b) going back over the records of what happened in that room to know what's going on.

Anyway, whether or not Munro wants to actualy torture the guy is up to him.

what Munroe does is up to him, but I'd suggest that the prisoner still not say anything, and M'Real gets called in, in the hopes that a Caitian might bond with another Caitian.

Ah, but Munro doesn't trust M'real too much, does he? If needed, we do have another Caitian officer aboard, and Mikey would gladly allow the use of Grr'lek's services.

True but M'Real is in intelligence and should be good at getting information out of people, despite her one failier with Rochey.

Edit: and maybe she'll get recommended by Mikey?

Hmmm... M'real's vocation has seemed to be hanging members of our crew rather than assisting our mission. :P

I think that M'Real would be the last person either Rochey or Munro would ask for help. Even if she was recomended by others. There's also the fact that Rochey doesn't really think too highly of M'Real's inteligence gathering skills. He'd probably assume that if he and Munro can't break him, then M'Real couldn't either.

Well she couldn't do any worse
