Given the context, the matter-of-fact way it was said, and the fact that you'd suggested a fight between us, I took that to mean that you'd be instigating it. There's also the fact that your character would be far more likely to do so than mine, anyway.
You don't know squat about Chakats do you?

I dont think anyone here does.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

No use crying over spilled helmsmen. For good or ill, what's done is done, and now we have a whole new game thread for it. I have to say that M'real has certainly kept in a well-established character, and has limited the Mary-Sue-ness for the most part.

Hopefully this discussion means that Teaos will be rejoining us, and we can move forward from where we are.

It calms down.

No. Why would you expect me to? If there was something important I should have known, which you knew was going to become a factor, then you should have told me.

I think the later pages from when Talora and Blackstar departed are a little better.

And sorry for shooting you down Rochey

Actually, in the film Better Off Dead -

"Gee, Ricky, I'm sorry your mom blew up."

PS - Teaos: we are turning it around, and actually doing stuff that the folks on a starship with a precarious mission are supposed to do.

Perhaps a thread about Chakat history and biology is in order?

It certainly couldn't hurt, but our characters still wouldn't know anything about Chakats except what they learn in-story.

I'll try to put something about them up tonight. Not sure where on the forums I'm supposed to put a thread like that though. :?
