There isn't a UFP in this time period, the Coalition is the four races that founded the UFP later on.
But if Reliant wants them and Sonic wants the CU, I can just roll as the KE again.

At this time, everyone is pretty much equal. The Coalition would be a lot like the UFP, high population but its going to be a political nut case due to the "joining" of powers. Klingons were still pretty fragmented at the time, so its going to be someone juggling the Great Houses. Romulans coming out of their shell but not a major power. The rest are really unknowns minus the Ferengi who are the masters of trade in this era.
