Yeah, driving to Cape Cod was a nightmare from CT. And my roomate was flying back up from Georgia to White Plains, NY. He got delayed about 5 hours and hand to make an emergency landing in Scranton, PA. My poor bunny caught the sniffles from it too.

I'm laughing at my sister. She just got hit by a massive storm (up rooted trees ect) but I'm far enough south that we just got drizzle.

I didn't notice anything. I'm across the state from PA, though, by the ocean.

Anyone have any non-caffiene tips for added energy? I'm dragging this week. Part of me thinks i'm fighting something off, but I'm also just drained even when Advil makes the stiffness goes away (no Viagra jokes, k?). Any nice energy tips?

I'm sure I don't have to tell you, but stay away from ephedra/ephedrine supplements and guarana. If you have the time, 10 -15 minutes of transcendental meditation can be both relaxing and energizing.
Or, cystal meth.

Just a random question, Teaos.
Is that considered cannibalism or is it just weird?

I know someone who actually likes it.

I think the chances of a person liking Wal*Mart goes up the closer they get to wearing spandex, beating their kids in public and being incredibley obese. But your milage may vary.
