Yeah, well I hate constant grey skies.

i like constant grey skies. they normally briong temperate climates.

Grey skies here mean humidity, which means pain.

Depends. at the moment its the humid kind which is utterly UGH. but often, its keeps it out of the colder temperatures in spring/autumn/winter. I have to keep warm, or i'll start freezin up. But hot temperatures make me sweat like a bloody pig.

Yeah, I know a thing or two about hot temperatures...

Not a huge fan of them.

Some things that might help is are starting with a hot shower in the morning, to let your body think it is much hotter. this enables more heat to be ventilated, and outside it will be relatively cool.

for the same reasons, but with less effect: hot tea.

I have one of those annoying winter days. Blue sky, suns out, 5 degrees C.
