Andrew J Robinson (Elim Garak) also played the psycho bad guy in the film 'Dirty Harry'?

He turns up in lots of places - I think the first time I saw him and recognised him as Garak was playing John F Kennedy in an episode of The Twilight Zone - I'd have seen him in Dirty Harry previously but not made the connection.
