I've read that initially, Denise Crosby was going to be Troi and Marina Sirtis was going to be Yar. Apparently the similarity is strongest in the first season, and then later they gave Frakes more freedom so we see Riker growing a beard, being jokier and liking jazz.kostmayer wrote:Decker? Hmm.
