i think this was a unwittingly disguised attempt to solicit peoples' ideas as to how the romulans would behave,culturally, and militarily, surrepticious political disruptions of enemies, sudden strikes, worthless reneged treaties, etc, wasn't it??

Exactly what I was thinking...I bet Donatra would be great in this role...

hmmm...I had always visioned Commander Donatra as too much of a revolutionary.

She's got 1,500 warbirds at her disposal and a chunk of the Delta Quadrant...Welcome to Donatraville!

And she seemed to to better than most Romulans...Although she spent a lot of time trying to repair the old empire.

Thats kind of funny to me. Ship commander to Empress. Not a bad way to run.
