Well, my friend who is not a star trek fan, never seen any of it and is more of a fantasy/twilight fan saw one of the TV Commericals and thought "damn i gotta see that" --followed by "wtf?"(as in "wtf where'd that come from)

Sure. Maybe mentioning the IMAX will change her mind. Of course, I don't think there's a conveniently placed IMAX theater in our area.

My age. She's the ex/"sister" i've mentioned before. I'm trying to convert her toTrek...but I'm afraid any deal i make to get her to watch it may involve me and "Twilight"--and I do have standards.
