Um, yeah you are. How do you think we know about it? We saw you on the way to school? :P
(I'm away from speakers/headphones at the moment so I'll listen later).

Anyway would Panic! at the disco or Tokyo hotel be considered emo?

SunnySide - LOL. Sorry, but outside of pop culture we metalheads like to live it up a bit loud hahahahahaha

Mikey - "created" goth? If you mean the culture, then idk but as far as the look goes I'd have thought that was Judas Priest?

And, now, a great cover of one of my favorite '80s emo songs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSJP38VBbBw

No I meant the music.

And Tsu - while the original is the only Smiths song that I like, Love Spit Love does a great cover too (but I don't know what that video is):

It's been a while since I last saw AYBABTA. Thing about it is that it isn't a bad song underneath.

Ok so not to encourage people, but Reliant has the most messed up vid. Though Prious is weirder.

I dunno about emo/goth music. At first I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but I think the deal is that it tends to be extra repetitive for the instumentals underneath and the tone/pitch/volume of the singer doesn't change much.

I really can't see Riker in the video shown. Maybe Paris though.

Also, two vids that rip off the matrix in these few post. What are the odds?

On the note of cartoons, a decent song and the moment that must have shattered theatres worth of little kids when it hit
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dq-PSSVNMwE

Also you've all been the right sort of theater to see this done at least once right? (Hint: if there aren't some guys wearing garter belts and lingerie you aren't in the right sort of theater)

Goth/Emo is more about the use of guitar, and the lyrics.

Can't speak for anyone else, Sunny, but I've actually been in the garters and MC jacket for a performance or two.

BTW, more random stuff that I put up just 'cause I like it -
some Lords of Acid with some live footage - one of the most intense live shows one can ever see (FOUL STUFF - NOT FOR THE YOUNG, WEAK-MINDED, OR THOSE WITH HEART CONDITIONS):

As one of their songs says, "Praise the Lords, f**k the rest."

Switching gears a bit, here's the single most underappreciated (at least in the States) modern pop msuician EVER:
