I know not all of it, but I know some of the opening deals are partly my fault. I was a bit intoxicated and saw the new map before I read the OOC thread.

My apologies to everyone.

Its a big cost the runs for a long time. If you have a couple of colonies the cost will eaisly be in the 7 figure range for all 20 years.

I'll PM my claims to you now, they've already been agreed on by my neighbors so I won't have to change anything really.

Also, for about the 40th time.

IF I AM NOT COPIED ON ANY AND ALL DISCUSSIONS BETWEEN GOVERNMENTS I CANNOT RUN THINGS PROPERLY IN REGARDS TO INTEL AND YOUR INTERNAL POLITICS.

When that does not happen and all the sudden races start making claims both IC to the group and to other players I am left only my imagination to fill in the details. And I have a very odd imagination at times. I have asked. I have poked nicely and I have begged that you please do this sort of thing.

If you want something someone said to you on the record and they did not copy me then forward the whole thing to me and ask that they confirm the conversation. I have said this until I am blue in the face. Absent such information I will have to make assumptions to explain your actions that could vary from you got drunk and got on the communication system to you have flat gone insane on some sort of drug addiction.

I need more than just the tail end of stuff, especially if you are a republic or a democracy so that I can judge if what is going on was even marginally logical.

Which isn't good if it was just me, though to be honest I don't remember cc'ing you... Then again I don't remember some of the posts I made...

I've been CC'ing the relevant stuff for some time. I just didn't want your inbox to explode with all the unnecessary stuff.
