Well, If I were a Brit right now I'd be calling for the revocation of David Haye's citizenship for pissing all over the proud tradition of British boxing by acting like a cowardly, whiny bitch during today's fight against Klitschko. End result: Klitschko holds all the belts except the WBC... which is held by his older brother. Unfortunately, there probably won't be a bout to unify that one, as the boys long ago promised thier mother to never fight each other.
In other news, USA moves on to face Sweden at +5 or +6, after beating Colombia with a trio of real "crackers," as the limeys would say.

I've made acquaintance with a nice friendly message from Windows on my laptop that says something along the lines of "one of your drives is reporting failure. Better back up that data before its too late". Of course this had to happen only a couple of months after the the warranty expired. Barely two years old and already it decides to f*ck with me. Not to mention I already had the DVD drive replaced in warranty. The damned thing decided not to open anymore.
I can picture Doc Brown saying "no wonder this circuit failed. It says made in Japan". Oh, wait... it's actually made in China. And it does say made for Romania

And, apparently, labelled in a place where people don't know the difference between Romania and China.

Keep making fun. We're still not flying the Jack, no matter what jokes you make.

Don't worry, I will.
We're still not flying the Jack, no matter what jokes you make.
And we're still not the country that elected George Bush.

Yup, a day in which soldiers of the British Empire surrendered to the French. You must be so proud.

Happened fairly frequently - it was inevitable, given that we were banging heads with another superpower. I was highlighting it for the irony of Washington a) surrendering to the country and later gave him his most famous victory and b) the date. I'll bet he was a bit miffed when they went and made the anniversary of his surrender a national holiday.

Well if it works the way we've set it all up, the goal is to blow up the other guy's hand and not your own.
