The Vortex warhead causes a small warp storm in real space. A nova bomb breaches the real space/warp barrier (the larger the bomb the bigger the barrier breach), when the breach closes the energy acts like an A-Bomb but with raw power from the warp and the shock wave spreads like a nove.
