I actually didn't know who Gia Paloma was so looked up pictures on Google and I don't think they're quite in the same league, looks-wise. In fact, Gia Paloma looks more like the late Jade Goody (a good for nothing UK TV reality TV star)!

To be fair, most camera angles featuring Gia Paloma don't include her face.
