Well...my back is out again. Stretching, moving, walking, breathing......all these things hurt. And to add to my embarrassment this morning, I was hobbling to my car, and was passed by an old man on a motor wheel chair walking his dog.
How humiliating.

A certain dark part of me wanted to jam a stick in the spokes of his tire, I'm ashamed to admit.

One day about six years ago, Leia and I took her kids to the park. There's a big path around a manmade lake; the kids were riding their bikes slowly in front of us while we walked (hobbled would be more apt for a description of my movement).
This 60-something guy goes jogging past us.
About fifteen minutes later, we've almost gotten back to where we started from; the guy
lapped me.

Meh. Don't worry about it, bro; he was only going faster than you because he had less time left.

Treatment for W-P-W (Wolff-parkinson-white syndrome, which probably actuallly means nothing to you.) I believe it involves cutting into the top of the legs and poking up wires to the heart, ''having a poke around'', and buring through an extra electrical conectition i shouldn't have.

I'm always extra confident when doctors want to "poke around".
I hope it goes well, man.

It doesn't sound like he means, "check it out and see what we can f*** with."
