Does anybody here suppose they'll EVER bring the first KITT for a cameo? After all they DID bring the Hoff.

I'd love that. People might say the old Kitt was a laughable looking car, but in my eyes its still a gorgeous looking machine.
I'm watching the latest episode, which I've been looking forward too. As much as I mock this series, when I look forward to watching something then I take it as a sign that its a good show. Its ultimately entertaining, which is what a show is supposed to be.

I know the new KITT could easily outstrip the old one, but I'd STILL be cool to see the origianal strut his stuff.

I never liked the old car (Yes, I have seen it despite me being some 20 years younger than it ¬.¬). But thats because I despise the type of car that it is, I hate muscle cars. Although, the Old KITT was an improvement over the normal muscle cars that you would find around.

Mark wrote:Last nights episode actually wasn't to bad. I especially like the reference to KARR. I just hope that they remember that he's an existing character, and have an explination for how he "came back".
I'd still love to the KITT 1 show up on the show. That would be awsome.

I can't figure out if this is a sequel or a reboot - seems to me like the writers can't either.
The existance of the Hoff suggests sequel, but this whole KARR reappearing as a robot suggests a reboot to me.
Did Charles Graiman create the original KITT (and presumably the original KARR before KITT). If so, is the KARR in this series the same KARR, or a different KARR created before the new KITT that also just happened to turn into a homicidal metal maniac?

Well, we KNOW that the "neural net" is what is named. IE when KITT was moved onto the (Dodge Viper I think), he was still basically KITT. And the Doctor reffered to the existing neural nets as KITT, the backup, and KARR.

It is possible for KARR to come back. In his final episode, they did a sequel setup, showing some of the lights on one of his pieces still blinking.

All they would have needed to do was copy his "hard drive".

Not a bad start to Episode 9 - Motorbikes, and Sarah and the FBI lesbian hitting each other with sticks.
Even money says the motorbike guy knew Mike in the military, but Mike can't remember him.

Well, the CGI is still crap, and I'm pretty sure a car in stealth mode shouldn't have a flashing red light at the front, but still a great espisode.
They actually managed to add something new to the old 'mustn't drop below a certain speed' device.

Think Doctor "whatshisface" is really dead?
