What do the rest of you think of these guys? I'm not sure, but I think I just might not like young male rockers as a rule. Could be a bit of the whine tone of their voice, I dunno.

Wait, you think they're "meh"?

Heavier. Definately emo.
I'd never heard of them. I dig it.

another one to try is Underoath. i've not heard them, but they are supposed to be pretty good. What i like bout Saosin is its not screaming. Cause i'm hypersensitive to some sound, screamo can be agonizing to listen to.

Understandable. I'm a fan of actual melodic vocals myself. Screaming is just too easy, though it can be effective in some cases. I like to improve my range, and singing is the way to do that; screaming just makes my throat hurt.

yeah. When Screaming is used in conjunction with normal singing, like in stuff by Enter Shikari, then i can bear it. But when its just one long trickle of BLARHHHHHHH then...yah..

I really did just get tired of not being able to sing along. I don't often get the urge to start screaming at full volume at parties or pubs.

Unsure if this is a repost for me, but hey.

I don't either, my friend.

Here's two of my favorite songs by one of my all-time favorite bands.

Huh Saosin wasn't bad.

Just because I ran into it recently

Oh and I don't know if I've mentioned it before. But I love it when cultural stuff sloshes back and forth.

These are the ending credits from a great anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion

I just like that I was watching an english subtitled show from Japan where they're singing in English.
