Someone has DEFACED the statue of local hero John Lennon. Where it used to say "Above us only sky" it now says "beneath us only West Ham and Wolves"

Good day today. Landlords flat inspection went off without a hitch, Star Trek Marathon on Film4 which is leading to all sorts of tweeting fun, and the girl who thought I was ignoring me was infact merely bedridden with a stomach upset (yes, I know I'm ass).

Well, tonight I went to a Lifehouse Concert, it was amazing, and while at the concert I was hit on by three girls who were all with their boyfriends... I don't know how good that is, but they were all cute, so who am I to argue.
And then after that a guy hit on me, although I have no problem with homosexuals, I have a problem with being hit on by guys, hell, it usually bothers me when girls hit on me, it's just awkward for me, so the hit on by a guy was even more awkward, oh, and he was with his boyfriend too...

Anyway... #1 - rainy autumns
suck. It's almost Hallow-frigging-e'en, and I had to mow my lawn today.
#2 - mutation
rocks. Yesterday, I took the fam for a hay ride at a local small truck farm. On the ride, the farmer was pointing certain things he grows, interesting tidbits, etc. When we got to some of his pepper plants, he asked me if I like poblano peppers - they're normally flavorful, a bit tangy, but very mild. When I told him that I prefer habaneros, he said, "Watch this." He picked one of his poblanos and gave it to me. I discovered - after taking a huge bite - that it was somehow about as hot as a habanero. The farmer swore up and down that the plant in question was too far from his hot peppers to allow cross-breeding, and this year that plant just "came up like that." He handed me three branches' worth of the peppers, so now I have about a dozen poblano peppers that are as hot as all get-out.
