Mwaha, I have managed to convince my dad that my bike is fraked. To be fair, it was a pile'o'c**p in the first place...so much So that Dad couldn't even ride it properly. So I should be getting a replacement! And hopefully, we're looking at quite an expensive traditional style bike like you get from Dawes, Schwinn or Claud Butler. Huzzah, a usable bicycle!

Correct. Unfortunately the forumula [Female < 18 years old + nude pictures = child pornography] came into play. So the charges went from enticement of a minor and risk of injury, to possession of child pornography, possibly in the first degree.

It's a crazy situation, though be warned, if you are part of the 70% of the male population who looks at pornography, do NOT use amateur sites that post any teen pornography without clearly stating ages. That alone is enough to get a child porn conviction in the states, if your computer is ever seized. We're not talking young children, we're talking dumb teenage females who get on stickam and have their videos/pictures plastered all over the net.

I'll cooperate fully, as I was clearly in the wrong on a lot of it. But basically, I had an unhealthy and irresponsible porn habbit that will get me more time in jail than if I had actually had sex with a student (which never happened) or even killed someone with a DUI. Wild justice system we have.

To bad you aren't black. Then you could just claim the kid is a racist and then they'd put you on welfare rather then send you to prison.

I don't know if it would matter. Unless I miss my guess, the girl in question is from a pretty typical comfortable New England WASP family, and could say in court that the moon was made of cheese and have it stand.

We got our mom an iPad as her anniversary gift.

She loves us more than anything in the world right now... She loves it!

She put them on her photobucket. But because it was while she and I were engaged in some explicit chat, all responsibility falls to me as the adult.

Again, I'm the one in the wrong, even though she wasn't exactly asked or coerced into taking pictures. Its just how it is.

Sadly, though, when the cops take a computer that was owned since I was 18, that leads to a LOT of teen pics being found.

Bryan, stay safe.

Okay, just got back from the dentist and two fillings. Mouth is numb, but it's wearing off.

I'm sorry to hear about this, Bryan. Best wishes, and stay safe. I'm sure you'll be back soon enough. :)
