One hit to the right arm. Damage (7+4-4)=7 to the powerfist arm. So the first attacks I made had nothing in them about which arm was hit. I'm going to guess since he's at zero wounds I do 7 crit damage to the arm. That breaks his arm leaving it hanging limp at his side.

If I hit the same arm I did before I think that blows his arm off.

And off the arm comes, rupturing the energy line to the power glove. An ominous electrical whining fills the air. Test agility.
