I know border issues like that. Back in Sheboygan it was hard to tell where the City of Sheboygan ended and the Town of Sheboygan began. Thats pretty much the same as hre but my home town is the second largest in our country and has 400k.Jeez, the population of my entire country is just 4 million, our capital has around 1 million, and I come from a town of around 500.
