Sounds like everyone had a productive weekend

When I see you two together, Reliant, I want to hear you clap your hands and whistle.
Just kidding.

I don't get it.
Anyway, turns out I may not have a job this year. The high school I have subbed at for the past 3 years has a new superintendent, and she thinks I'm getting favored or some such garbage.
Just wait till mid year when 8 teachers are out and they only have one sub.

"Clapping your hands and whistling" means that both hands and the mouth aren't engaged in other activities.
Sorry to hear about the job sitch, Stitch. Isn't there a required number of standing subs per school in your CBA?

I don't know. All I know is that she is... inhuman. And so were her parents. Her name is Fern.

Old one, black and white.
Remake, color.
Personally, I liked the original.

Fertilize her dude. Ha ha, just couldn't resist that one. Sorry.
Maybe you should "pluck" her?
Ha ha......I kill me!
I am sorry about the job trouble, though. I worked briefly for Hawaii's Department of Education as a high school security guard, and they can be some really unfair bastards.

Re: What's the latest in people's lives?
Today, I just learned a friend of mine was found dead. His name was Donald, and he used to work at the Walmart I work at as a cart pusher. When he was 12 or so, he attempted suicide and was 'locked' into that mental state by the attempt. He had been missing for over two weeks when his body was found.
Re: What's the latest in people's lives?
Woah......I'm really sorry to hear that. Some people once they attempt suicide just never get out of that mindset, without LOTS of help.

That sucks, man. Sometimes, things just get to be too much for people. I can relate, honestly.
