USS Stargazer
Re: USS Stargazer
Has this forum made us so nuts that we stopped shooting others and started shooting ourselves? I'll still stick with shooting others.

Ah this always happens, sometimes its just worse than others.
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

No, you're thinking the time you tried to run me over . I almost ran myself over with my Cavalier, the one I totaled back in January...I'm beginning to think my cars are trying to kill me.Deepcrush wrote:Wasn't that with my truck?

Either you're VERY flexible, or the car tried to run you over by itself.

Seriously, those cars are deathtraps.

Just how the hell do you manage to run yourself over?

We had a Cavalier. it never gave in once. after crashing with a cow, two old fiats, and a large Volkswagen. AND they were italian, therefore insane, drivers.

Re: USS Stargazer
It's easier then you'd think. Short version is that I was moving it up the driveway, but I didn't want to waste gas by turning the engine on. So I shifted it into neutral and started pushing. Unfortunately, my driveway has huge cracks, and one of these was a good half-inch high, which normally wouldn't be a problem for the car, but since I was pushing the tire 'bounced' off this huge crack and started rolling backwards...one misstep and I would've actually run myself over. I was able to get into the car and hit the brakes before that happened though.Rochey wrote:Just how the hell do you manage to run yourself over?

Again, you and 'thinking' must not be on speaking terms.
