Cool - the Norexan-class is far sexier than the D'deridex. 8)
I'll get Grr'lek's updated bio on tonight.

Lieutenant Grr'lek (OC)
race: Caitian
age: 37
Current assignment: Starfleet liaison/mission ops officer, RSE Lacron
- tall, slim, brown-furred; prior experience as an operations supervisor on a starbase; by nature somewhat aloof and reserved, sometimes seems to be almost lax, but this is due to the extreme precision and economy he excercises in words and in actions.
After the Neutronium Brotherhood battle, Grr'lek remained with the Daystrom at Starbase T-12 to assist with her repair and refit; he remained as a liaison for the civilian UFP presence in the area for three years, then served another five in operations on various Starbases. He was finally reunited with Captain W'trisk aboard the Stilwell, who then recommended him for the Romulan liaison position for the current mission.

I'm sure we'll treat him well
Re: Gamma mission sign in
Um, four characters, and 12 NPCs. The NPCs are open to all, though. MY only characters are Lt. Mark on the Paladin, Dr. Holmes on the Daystrom, Seth on the Valkerie, and McDuff on Pegesus. If you guys want any of the positions the NPCs are in, take 'em. They are just to flesh out the crew a bit.schizo-hal wrote:I've Forrest Howe for Ops on the Pegasus. Is that cool?
Mark, how many chars are you up to now? I feel like I'm playing Magic against you or something!
I was wondering... How do we decide who posts story? Is there a particular order, or an mechanism for that? And do we have freedom to expand the story line? I guess I'm looking for boundaries here. We newbs like us some rules!
Edit: Not the Pegasus, the Valkyrie. My mistake. Who else is on the Valkyrie? This seems to be getting really disorganized... Can we do a roll call or something?
I'm writing a char for the Pegasus.
2nd EDIT. Um, not the Valkyrie. The Ravage. Damn it. Sorry.

Last minute change to my secondary character with a name change from Stardust to Nova, originally meaning 'new', which I like better then Stardust for this character since shi's a new hybrid of species.

That could get confusing with a Nova class ship around.
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

I assumed we'd be calling it by name not class.Teaos wrote:That could get confusing with a Nova class ship around.

Too bad. I was looking forward to calling you "Ziggy." Interestingly, the Chevy Nova initially sold very poorly in Spanish-speaking markets because "No va" translates as "doesn't go."
