WTF? Unless you want to wait around and rinse and repeat in a few years than you may want to find a good civil attorney.Mark wrote:Hey, trip on this. Saturday was my 8th wedding anniversary and my wife got arrested for felony theft! She was shoplifting from K-Mart for gods sake. She was already on probation, so she's looking at 1-5 years. Does that put me back on the market, you think?

No idea. She can't tell me because all of her calls and letters are being monitored, and that would be an admission of guilt which is admissable in court. Which makes no sense to me, because the state has a slam dunk case anyway. But I would guess alot of little crap totalling over $300 bucks (which constitues a felony in this state)

Yeah, that's never pleasant. Unfortunately, it seems to inevitably happen at some point or another...

The latest in my life? I'm going to try to sleep more than a few hours without the dreams that I normally have.

Sleep is one thing I never have a problem with.
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.
