Yeah, driving to Cape Cod was a nightmare from CT. And my roomate was flying back up from Georgia to White Plains, NY. Anyone have any non-caffiene tips for added energy? I'm dragging this week. Part of me thinks i'm fighting something off, but I'm also just drained even when Advil makes the stiffness goes away (no Viagra jokes, k?). Any nice energy tips?

I'm sure I don't have to tell you, but stay away from ephedra/ephedrine supplements and guarana. If you have the time, 10 -15 minutes of transcendental meditation can be both relaxing and energizing.
