Ah, but do you have anything that contradicts my point. Has Bush ever ordered armies into a war with nothing but badly-designed rifles? Has he ever designed a ship that explodes if you look at it funny? Has he ever crammed civilians onto warships?

Not yet. But if the country allowed him a third term, it suddenly wouldn't seem so far fetched, would it?

He has in fact ordered troops to war who had not rifles, armour, food, boots or even a transport ship.
