My grnadfathers are dead. One died before I was even born, the other in 1993 or so. Both were WW II vets, the one on my father's side, a tank commander in Europe, apparently. The one on my mother's side, a cook in the Pacific. Was in the Phillipines during Leyte Gulf.

The grandmothers are still alive, living alone. I see them as often as I can.

Good luck, Tsuki.

Both my grandfathers dies well before I was born; I lost one grandmother at age 7, one at age 18 - thankfully, my wife's maternal grandparents were kind enough to always treat me as one of their own - her grandfather died in her arms three years ago, and her grandmother is still kicking at age 92. In fact, on the occasions in which she needs to visit a rehabilitation home for a couple of weeks at a time, she complains about being stuck in there "with all these old people."

Tsu - good luck. I'm sure I don't need to tell you, but look into renter's insurance as soon as you get a CO.

Its 4am and I've just gotten back from a costume party in town.

If my posts make less sense than usual it is the Vodkas fault.

Tomorrom I will have a hell of a hang over so... well I guess my posts will be their usual unreadable selfs.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Actually, your spelling seems to have improved somewhat. Go figure. :P

I'll drink to that!

*sipping whiskey*

Yeah, I know. It's 11am here, and I'm drinking whiskey. It is lower in carbs than my usual beer, though...

Time is an irrelevant concept based on individual perception anyways.

And so, as day breaks across the Southern Hemisphere, mighty Teaos retreats to the solace of sleep...

See you tomorrow.
