Well it worked and doesnt look much worse than my normal posts.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

I really don't know that much about the rules of drifting, just that it looks cool. I imagine the actual drift part is used to set up the following turn, and I believe there are actually style points awarded.

Congrats, I guess. Let us know when you're sure. :D

Blackstar - I can't believe I actually read the following paraphrased sequence:
Blackstar: all F1 tracks are the same shape and composition
Someone (Ian, I think): No, they aren't - here's an example
Blackstar: Yeah, well, that's not the point

Wouldn't it be easier to just say right off the bat, "If I believe a certain thing, I will not listen to any information about any opposing viewpoint. I will, however comment on that information without actually reading it."

And please, if you can't tell cricket from croquet, don't comment on either. Or, for example, NASCAR, if you believe they use jerry cans to fill the cars.
That's slander. I never said F1 tracks are the same shape. I said they handle almost identicle to each other. Whereas the initial setup(weight distribution, suspension, brakes, ect.) on the car has to fine tuned to each individual track in NASCAR.
I say, screw NASCAR and F1. Here's some real racing.
I'd rather watch something I have a chance at doing. Any one who does that kind of racing is either very confident or very crazy. It probably helps to be a little bit of both.
though, here's the shiznit - drifting:
drifting isn't racing. It's losing control with style. Real racecar drivers spend their careers trying not to do that. It's nothing more then a bunch of brats trying to show off.

Hence why I like it.

Yep. :D

How epicly wrong you are. Its not loosing control, its controlling the car in a different way, which is why in each corner they don't go slamming into barriers. Arrogance. The rest is debateable but thats just ignorant of you.

Now i dont give a crap about NASCAR versus F1 because i hate both of them.

NASCAR: Dominated with powerhungry rednecks that like to drive souped up Cortina's around a modified horsetrack

F1: dominated by snobbish german/italian engineers with driving thats more like ballet than racing.

Now that's ignorance. I don't know what a 'Cortina' is but I've never seen it in NASCAR. And most, if not all, of them were purpose built for NASCAR or similar motorsports.

But you nailed F1 on the nosy.

Allow me to put it bluntly: he's saying you're making yourself look like an ignorant jerk.

Happy to help.
