Since we're on the topic of songs, any Weird Al fans here?
White & Nerdy, a song which I'm sure is pretty aplicable given the forum we're on. :P

Rochey: I love Weird Al. He's a genius. :)

Here's one of my current favorite songs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C4rzpRsYaBs

It classes as emo, I'm sure.

Hmmmm Weird Al, Trek forum, and a need to regain some testosterone after that last one combine to

http://new.music.yahoo.com/singleVideo/?vid=44943552

Though some of the younger set might only notice a small faction of the cameos. Like Marcia Brady.

Well, this one is a bit heavier, but still classes as emo, due to lyrics and vocals. The video enhances that point. BTW, massive amounts of testosterone also leads to hyper-emotionalism.

EDIT: here's another one by the same band; it's also one of my favorite songs. 8)

Actually I've liked TMBG for a while but it turned out somehow I wound up with mp3's of their stuff that was actually for shows. I'm not exactly sure how this stuff went down. Did they just make songs and challenge the animaters to do something with them?

Also I think I might be a bit of a fan of Killswitch

There seems to be a lot of stuff on youtube that folks dubbed to their own vids.

MetalHead - Spinegrinder is composed of a couple of guys from Lords of Acid, plus one of the guys from Ministry, I think. I'd guess it's right up your alley:
(sorry - all I could find was a .wmv sample)

Oh tons of stuff made to their own vids.

But this isn't a mash up. That animation was purpose made and aired with their music.

Alright c'mon wiki. Yeah

I can only imagine this comes from too much drink in their brainstorming sessions. It certainly doesn't seem that the songs were made with even the slightest intension of having videos like that made to them.

For a decent song from a kids show from my youth
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gw64ZrXWHSk

There are bunches of videos of Rockapella live. The problem is that they lost their bass guy at some point and I didn't like the guys they tried to bring in instead.

And wow, somebody who didn't even make it to youtube.

If you're referring to Spinegrinder, they were a small experiment featuring members of strictly niche acts, on a small Belgian label which was originally instituted to solely to release the acid house/trance/techno/industrial act Lords of Acid and some of the band members' solo projects.

I'm surprised I found anything online at all.
