Just got an HDTV. Pretty. Even normal DVDs are awesome.

Yes, that's true, but wait until you see it with an HD source. I have a little Mac Mini under our set and that is even better.

Watched a DVD on our normal set, and then on the new. WOW  totally differnt. Better color, more texture. Awesome. Now I just need HDDVDs.

Dont try to watch porn on HDTV. There are somethings you just dont want to see...

Wouldn't watch porn anyway, so no problem.

Yes, HDTV is not friendly to the "stars".

I was running to two different BBQ's on Father's Day - apparently the fact that I'm a father myself, and my own wishes, has no bearing on the day's activities. But last week, my daughter's day care had a Father's Day tea with pretzels and root beer, and she presented me a little hand-painted (crudely - she's 3 and a half) wooden train, which is about as great a gift as I could get. :D

At least at the second BBQ, my cousin was mixing homemade mojitos - that made the day go better.

Tsu - PM or e-mail me (check my profile) if you want to talk about anything - I can just listen without trying to offer advice, if you'd like.

Ouch sorry if you guys had bad Fathers days.

I got lobster since our local grocery store always has a crazy sale on live lobsters for fathers day (actually we would eat lobster on fathers day because of that even before I was a father).

Otherwise I'm just happy to get a couple things my way that day and I get to pick the positions.

Huh? Can't you just come to some kind of consensus? :P

I used to like working night shift when I had to do it.

I hated the night shift - not the work so much, but the commute home.
