I preferred the Primus over the Vorchan personally but thats just me.

Overpowered? The Centarui are the second most powerful race in the galaxy after the Minbari (at the start of B5). Leaving out the First Ones.

Starfury's, the main reason being that they fly like Starfighters and not Planes - flipping round without changing the direction their moving, and flying backwards or sideways to enable strafing, or attacking a pursuing ship.

BSG did a similarly great job with the Vipers in the reimagined series.

The Vorchans were the top of the line ship of warship for the centari. I would hardly call them over powered. They had great weapons and speed but lacked armor and back up systems. They did what they were meant to do. They also looked good while doing it.

That thing just looked fast and it moves like a damned bird. Thats awesome to me. Watching a pack of them rip apart a Drazi fleet was just fun for me.

I never really like Drazi ships to be honest. So they get browny points. But i still hate the Vorchan.
Still vote for the G'Quan. second best is the Sharlin.

I suppose the advantage it has its its extensive weapons array and its competancy in combat.

still a ugly mofo of a ship. Not as bad as 40K star-cathedrals but still

True but those 40k ships are built to inspire as much as to fight.

I'm just happy it's weapons get used off-axis. I know B5 was horribly strapped for cash but come on.

Shadow Battlecrab. So scary looking, and looks can match it's deadliness. The come into and out of the universe in such precision and speed. They make a screeching noise when appearing. Too bad they have such a big weakness. A telepath can freeze those ships, leaving them as fodder to be blown up. Even the way they die is cool. They shrivel up and die.

I have to go with the original Earth destroyers. Yeah, they looked ugly but I just enjoyed that aspect about them. After seeing so much magical technology from the likes of TNG it was neat to see ships where you could look at the design and actually feel such things could be built by Man. I liked the forward mounted hangar bay, the rotating section reminiscent of the Russian space ship from 2010, everything.

It would have been nice to have seen something similar in Enterprise. Not necessarily Earth vessels having that, but running into alien races that did not have artificial gravity.
