All and all, I need the low-key. I'm run down from school and my body is destroyed from the gym over the last two weeks. I'm seriously thinking of taking a week or two off from heavy weights and rocking a few days of various cardio.

Oh, and I can't wait for summer (3 weeks of school left)
I can't wait for summer either - #1) it's buying season, and #2) I live at the beach.

Mikey, I think this has been asked before, but how far south in Jersey do you live?

Well, the folks around here consider it "central" rather than "south." The most famous part in my little area is Seaside Heights, which is a big tourist draw in the summer. About 20 minutes south of Point Pleasant Beach, and nearly due east of Philadelphia. About 45 minutes north of Atlantic City. My particular town is just inland of the bay from Seaside Park/Heights.

Quite nice. I've friends/relatives all over the state. Mostly North/Central Jersey, but still have a great aunt and a couple of cousins down in Toms River. Actually going to be in Paramus in 3 weeks.

Good stuff. I haven't been down that way in quite a while. One of my good friends from school lives there now, does some local pro-wrestling promotions, but I never quite manage to make the 4-5 hour drive.

Just don't do it on a Friday afternoon in the summer - it'll be more like an 8-hour drive.

I found out this morning my best friend in Missouri, Tim Smith, died from leukemia this morning at around 6:00am. He was diagnosed around 2-3 months ago, but the kind he had was extremely aggressive. He was 30 years old. I wasn't able to physically be there for him, but I was at least able to say goodbye to him over the phone. In our last conversation, he told me he was sending me his mother's china dolls from around the world for our girls and he was sending me his class ring to remember him by. At least his suffering is at an end. I will truely miss him.

Dammit. I'm really sorry, whit. Trust me, the fact that you got to say goodbye at all is a real gift.

Sorry man. At least you were prepared for it. Makes it easier.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Have fun with those. I've needed braces, but never got them. Now I have incurably crooked teeth, other than through major surgery (I don't like surgery).

[edit] You are talking about teeth braces, right?
