DW 30x05: The Poison Sky

Post by Captain Seafort »

Pretty good, although the resolution was pretty meh. No "five rounds rapid", but at least the Brig got a mention. And he's got a knighthood - about time too. :)

Pretty cool, though I could see what's-his-name taking the Doctor's place at the end from a mile away.
Did anyone else notice the brief glimpse of Rose? :)

Indeed. Seeming rather stressed about something.

Next week should be interesting - the Doctor's daughter, played by a Doctor's daughter. :) Susan's mother perhaps? Hopefully we'll get more information regarding what happened at the end of the Time War.

What I want to know is how he never knew his daughter was still alive.
Then again, the space-time continuum is a big place....

They do, to the extent that the Doctor would "know" if any other Time Lord had survived the war. The Master was able to survive (and conceal his survival) using the chamelion arch. It'll be interesting to find out how the Doctor's daughter did it. It'll also be interesting to find out who her mother is (or was) - someone we know or not?

All I gotta say is "Are you my mommy" during this episode was the funniest line in the entire series.
How many Minbari does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
None. They always surrender right before they finish the job and never tell you why.
