I cannot stand injections. Luckily its not so bad if i dont look at them. I dont like the sight of the needle penetrating the skin.
When i had my Appendix out last november, Doctor Merchandi was trying to get a sample of blood, to test what was wrong. He missed the vein 4 bloody times. And when Nurse Clarence came, she did it perfectly first time.
I have an unusually high pain threshold, apparently. But when the matron came to give me a morphine injections, it was thrust in so bad i screamed in the room ( dont remember this, i was out cold. Thankfully)
And oral injections are just horrible....plain horrible.

It's purely psychological for me; it really doesn't hurt at all. At least, a lot less than a big piece of glass in the arch of your foot, or a third-degree burn from backing into a barbecue pit (don't leave kids unattended near barbecue pits, especially if there's a large, angry dog in the backyard as well!).

Exactly. You are now deemed an occupational hazard. Associate with Tsukiyumi at your own risk.

The barbecue incident was when I was about two. I am somewhat accident-prone on occasion, though...

*meh* Needles don't bother me, once you get to the point where they have to take blood out of your feet it loses it's terror factor.

Edit: What's new? Came home after a perfect day at a friends to find the cat now has a urinary tract infection. Hooray! 148$ down the tubes because the thing is to lazy to clean her ass.

One more reason I don't own a cat.
I can't stand nothing dull
I got the high gloss luster
I'll massacre your ass as fast
as Bull offed Custer

Well if you run out of chicken mid-month a large cat might get you through the week.

We had a cat like that, died of a heart attack thanks to obesity.

Got nothing to do with fat.
He's a he and male cats seem to care a whole lot less about cleaning (so says several barely understandable studies in several countries a few years back).

Sorry I've been gone a few days. Been hanging out with my girlfriend who's been visiting from West Virginia for the past few days. She's heading home today though

But it was among the best five days of my life so it was worth all the trouble.
