I dont see the point of being that finnicky...I may make the mistake here or there, and they always seem to be easily twistable (damn your innuendo rochey!), but I dont particularly care.

I usually recognize if I make a mistake, then edit the post - but as you may have noticed, that isn't always foolproof.

I write fanfic, so I try to make sure my post is as correct as possible, grammatically speaking.

As you all know my spelling is craptastic. I do my best with grammar but my spelling...
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

I usually try to look over a post before I submit it, and I have a spell checker add-on to Firefox. When I write for papers/reports or other "official" purposes, my command of English is extremely good, though I'm a bit "looser" when writing more casually, as here.

I'll see what I can do about getting a photo up (I don't have one in digital format handy at the moment)

OK, here we go:

Self-portraits taken today

Showing team pride:

In the living room:

This is in my sister's bedroom:

Cats: Marshmallow, the big Maine Coon, who has high blood sugar. He gets along well with people

Oliver, named after Oliver Twist. He's a troublemaker, and here is getting into funny places
Image

The third one was my sister Colleen's. She lived with Colleen at her apartment in Queens, but since Colleen's been transferred to teaching at another school, Nala is now home (Colleen gets here tomorrow). She's a tiny little thing and a real scaredy-cat: she runs away whenever I approach. Here she's in my sister's closet. Sorry about the picture, it was dark and I had to brighten it.

Seems like we really do break the sterotype of 'Trek fans. Is 'cool nerd' an oxymoron?

Nice. Hair - LOVE the jacket!

Kendall - either you're a giant, or bowling is played with considerably different equipment up there than it is in the States.

Here's me from a few days ago. I'm going for sort of an Episode III Obi-Wan, but I'm not sure how well I can pull it off. :D

EDIT: I need to clean my effing mirror...

It's five-pin bowling, smaller balls.
