My pleasure. Not to shill another site, but www.bodybuilding.com has copious ammounts of information on the website about various exercises, programs, etc. It's a lot of fun to go through, too, if that's your thing.

Good luck to you. If there is any advice I can offer, please don't hesitate to ask, but as I said, my experience with legs is often limited at best. Chest on up, I'm your man!

The picture Tsukiyumi posted above is Malcolm McDowell as Alex in the film version of Anthony Burgess' A Clockwork Orange. I HIGHLY encourage you to both read the book and see the film.

oh dear god...i just bought eyeliner for myself for the first time...and attempted to put it on myself XD
