*shrug*

There could always be a rendevous with a passing Federation ship. There's bound to be merchant vessels heading into and out of Tholian space, so we could arange a meeting with one.
Or we could go with any of the suggestions mentioned before.

I'm ok with posting it but i'd like to get a general concensus of what we are doing. And I'll promise not to include any random stealth ship-borg-Tholian battles :)

I guess we just have to figure what the next step in our actual mission is: are we here merely for info and reconnaisance, or are we actually going after the pirates/slavers who took the Starfleet personnel?

P.S.: Rochey - stop calling me "lieutenant." I've earned my stripes, damnit!

Sorry!

As for our mission, I think we're supposed to track down the missing freighters, and only take action if the pirates attack us.

Well didn't we save most the people? Boush would say that saving 51% of the crew counts as mission accomplished.

Well, if we want to change what we're doing we could say that the other ship has taken care of it and we're being recalled for reassignment.

That'd be cool. M'Real can come to see how we operate in a mission so Blackstar doesn't have to reroll again.

Im not dead.........really.

I thought that there weren't any Starfleet ships/crew taken.
"As you can see from the mission brief we are on a search and recover mission. Seven civilian and cargo ships have gone missing in this area of space 'he points to the local map up on the far wall' over the last five months. As this whole area is part of the Tholian defense grid it has frequent patrols and high sensors saturation. No Starfleet vessel has gone missing but they have not encountered anything to explain the disappearances either" The captain got out of his chair to walk around to the map on the far wall.
I figure we could come across a planet with one the the freighters crashed on it abandoned. could make for a bit of interesting fun.

Well...i'm gonna right up anyways because I am bored. I will take us to meet a patrol ship, Probably a Excelsior, Miranda, Steamrunner or New Orleans. Havn't decided yet. Then both ships will recieve a distress signal from the freighters and attempt to help...find the freighters in ruins on a planet somewhere.

You're right, Minnsky. I should have said "Federation citizens" rather than "Starfleet personnel."

M'Real is conducting an investigation right? Investigations are meant to end eventually right? Therefore no matter what the results are and how successful or not M'Real is she would leave eventually. If M'Real gets transfered then she could stay.

It was meant as compliment, by way of saying, "Here's a way of you staying around for a while."
