That would have put it right at the top of the list for me.
As it stands, it's still on the list, along with Redemption, BoBW, The Inner Light, The Wounded, Chain of Command, and Lower Decks. Starship Mine wasn't a great ep, but I liked seeing Picard in that light.

Thats like saying it was as interesting as watching paint dry...just as fascinating to watch as Kirks battle with the Romulans in Balance of Terror.
