I liked it. The comedy was there but far more subdued. They ceetained upgraded too. The ship CGI model is fantastic, Issac doesn't look as cheap as before.
And that blue dude in the promo is the President. You may also know him as Captain Sheridan from this other show called Babylon 5 or something.

Just watched the new season, it was fine, watchable, but I kind of felt they had to many serious plot lines at once. So many heavy episodes one after another.
