Jon Favreau is the showrunner with narration by David Attenborough: a mix of terrific cgi and natural footage to depict dinosaurs living around the planet in the late Cretaceous period. It includes current palaeontological research such as showing dinosaurs with feathers (super cool btw), being caring parents, and for the water species..swallowing rocks not only for ballastic but to help grind food, like some birds consume pebbles and grit.
Only two episodes in, and had to write about it. Exceptional tv, for the whole family, and anyone who loves dinos!!!

Sounds like a updated version of BBC Walking with Dinosaurs.

Similar yes, as made by the same group. But certainly updated to include newer material and much better visuals, IMHO

I would hope so, it has been a long time since that was made.
