After several Emmy awards nominations, they released information about season 2.
October 2020 on Disney Plus, and Timothy Olyphant will be joining the cast.
Have really enjoyed him in everything from 'Deadwood' to 'Santa Clarita Diet' to 'Justified'...and a brilliant nod to Squint Eastwood in 'Rango'. Very much looking forward to seeing him in Mandalorian!!!

Some people had a problem with Boba Fett surviving. I never did. he's conscious, armed, and armored as he falls in. I've got no problem seeing him basically blasting his way out of the thing's gut.
